At Sandov Print and Embroidery, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products like DTF gang sheets, sublimation prints, stickers, patches, and embroidery. Because every item is made to order, we have a clear and fair return & refund policy in place. 👕✨

🚫 All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • ✅ DTF Gang Sheet Prints

  • ✅ Sublimation Transfers

  • ✅ UV DTF Stickers

  • ✅ Embroidered Items

  • ✅ Custom Patches

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our work! If you receive:

  • A damaged package 📦

  • An incorrect item 😟

  • A misprint due to our error 😞

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include:
📸 Photos of the product and packaging
📝 Your order number and a brief explanation

We will either:

  • ✅ Reprint and ship your item at no additional cost

  • ✅ Or offer a refund/credit if applicable

⚠️ What’s Not Covered:

We cannot refund or reprint orders if:

  • The artwork was low resolution or had design issues not corrected before production

  • The customer selected the wrong size, color, or product type

  • Improper heat pressing or washing methods were used

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
