What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is a layout that allows you to print multiple designs on one sheet to save space and reduce cost. It’s perfect for bulk printing.
What file type should I upload for printing?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. You can also upload AI, PSD, PDF, or EPS files for best results.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No. Please upload your design as-is. We will handle any necessary mirroring during the printing process.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most DTF and sublimation orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Rush orders are also available.
What materials can your DTF prints be used on?
Our DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, canvas, blends, fleece, and many other fabrics — both light and dark colors.
Do you offer vinyl stickers and labels?
Yes! We offer high-quality custom vinyl stickers with full-color print and permanent adhesive. Great for brands, bottles, packaging, and more.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available at our shop in Riverside, CA. Just choose “local pickup” at checkout.
What heat press settings should I use?
For DTF: 310°F for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. Cold peel, then repress with parchment paper for 5 seconds.
What’s the difference between sublimation and DTF?
DTF works on all fabric colors and materials, while sublimation is best for white/light polyester. DTF also offers richer prints on cotton.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
