Artwork Upload Guidelines

🎨 Uploading Your Artwork Made Easy!
To ensure your DTF gang sheets, sublimation prints, sticker transfers, and embroidery files come out sharp, vibrant, and high-quality, follow our simple upload guidelines below. 🖥️📤

✅ Accepted File Types:

We accept the following professional design formats:

  • .PNG – Best for DTF & sublimation (transparent background required)

  • .PDF – High-resolution vector or flattened designs

  • .SVG – Ideal for stickers & vector prints

  • .AI / .EPS – Adobe Illustrator files (fonts must be outlined)

  • .PSD – Adobe Photoshop files (flatten or include fonts)

❌ We do not accept screenshots, low-res JPGs, or Word/PowerPoint files.

🖼️ Artwork Requirements:

1. Resolution:
📏 300 DPI (dots per inch) is required for all DTF and sublimation uploads
Lower DPI = blurry prints ❌

2. Size Matters:
Ensure your design is scaled to the exact size you want printed.
Tip: If you're ordering a 22"x60" gang sheet, build your artwork in a 22"x60" canvas.

3. Transparent Background:
✅ Required for DTF and sticker transfers
Your file should only show the design — no white or colored backgrounds.

4. CMYK or RGB?
🎨 Use RGB color mode for the most accurate color output on DTF transfers.
Do not use Pantone unless you provide color codes for embroidery.

5. Fonts and Text:
📌 All fonts must be converted to outlines or rasterized to avoid missing text.

🧢 Embroidery-Specific Guidelines:

For embroidery orders, keep these in mind:

  • Submit vector art or high-res PNG (300 DPI)

  • Simplify fine lines, gradients, and small text

  • Maximize clarity — embroidery cannot capture tiny detail

We’ll digitize your design for stitching and provide a preview before production.

📤 How to Upload:

  • Upload via our website during checkout

  • Or email files to sandovprint@gmail.com with your order number

  • Use tools like WeTransfer or Dropbox for large files
